The newest LIMS product released by Thermo is LIMS on Demand.  This was announced the first week in March 2010 at Pittcon.  This is a software as a service (SaaS)  in which a company pays a fee per user for the service of a fully functional LIMS without having  the costs of implementation, maintenance and validation.  The system is then accessed through an internet connection.  For more information, see the website link below.
